1. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Unpaid bookings will not be confirmed.
2. Missed Appointments: Missed appointments are non-refundable.
Failure to attend your scheduled session disrupts the booking system and forfeits your payment.
3. Refunds & Cancellations:
- 72 hours’ notice: 75% of your payment will be refunded.
- 7 days’ notice or more: 50% of your payment will be refunded.
- Less than 72 hours’ notice: No refund will be issued.
- If the medium must cancel for any reason, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
